    What is your return/exchange policy?

    Customer satisfaction is our #1 priority at You may request a Return Authorization Number (RA#) within 5 days (no exceptions) from receipt of your order for a full refund of the purchase price less the actual shipping charges that we paid to ship the item (Free shipping when you keep the item, not to return it) minus 7.5%. For the exchange we will not charge restocking fee, we will only charge for the S&H fees. The credit card company charges us a total of 5% to charge and then credit your credit card. This is unfortunate, but it is a pass-thru charge and there is nothing we can do to prevent this. We also charge a 2.5% percent restocking fee because we need to inspect the package and then lower the price as we attempt to resell it. Therefore, the credit amount is usually the product(s) price minus 7.5%. . PLEASE NOTE: "Custom" or "Made-to-Order" items are not returnable. Returned merchandise must NOT be used, unfolded, soiled, washed or wrinkled and must be in its original package in new resalable condition. Returns that do not meet our policy will be refused or sent back to customer at the customer's expense. Upon inspection by Quality Control, any item returned that requires special attention to restore to resalable condition may be subject to a restocking fee. Please email us to request a Return Authorization Number (RA#). Please include the following information in your email:

    2. Order Number

    3. Description of item

    4. Reason for Return

    Defective merchandise will be exchanged for the same item when the defective item is returned within 7 days of receipt of purchase. An explanation of the defect must be noted prior to authorization being granted. Upon receipt of your order, please verify the color, size and identify any defects prior to washing or unfolding the linens, we will NOT accept washed unfolded sheets for return or exchange.

    International Orders.

    1. Any order that is shipped outside the USA (50 States) is considered an International Order.

    2. Customers are responsible for any applicable customs, broker fees, duties and taxes which are levied once your package reaches your country. Since Anippe does not collect any of these fees, we can NOT predict what these charges will be. You will need to contact the Post office in your country for more information.
